Terms

Short, because the game is simple. By using Swooned you agree to these.

The game

• Swooned is a social game. Points are play points with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded, or cashed out, and nothing you can buy ever changes points, odds, or results.
• You must be 18 or older.
• Only the person a post is about can create it and reveal the answer. The reveal is final.

What you can post

• Questions are about you: your choices, your feelings, your plans. Never about another person’s body, money, sex, or identity. The app blocks the obvious cases; the rule covers the rest.
• Anything you share about the other person stays encrypted inside your league. Do not open a post to Everyone if it would identify someone who has not agreed to be identified.
• No harassment, hate, threats, or anything about a minor. No impersonating someone else.
• You own what you write. You give Swooned permission to store it and show it to the people you chose to show it to, and nothing more.

Leagues and links

• Your invite link carries your league’s key. Whoever has the link can join and read the league’s private details. Share it in your chat, not in public.
• The commissioner can remove a member or delete the league. Anyone can leave, and leaving deletes their data.
• We can remove a post, a member, or a league that breaks these terms, and we look at every report within a day.

Reporting

Every post has a Report link. Reports go to the people who run Swooned and are handled within a day. If a post is about you and you want it gone, write to hello@swooned.app with the link and it comes down within 24 hours.

The usual

• Swooned is provided as it is, free, and may change or stop at any time. We do our best to keep it up and keep your data safe, and we are not liable for what friends say to each other in a game about dating.
• If one part of these terms does not hold up, the rest still does.
